Wickliffe, encompassing 4.68 square miles, is located in Northeast Ohio in Lake County, at the eastern edge of Cuyahoga County.

The City is conveniently located with easy access to Downtown Cleveland, which is 15 miles to the west and to Painesville, the county seat, which is 10 miles to the east.
